All user access and role privileges are persisted directly in PostgreSQL (
auth_db) and cached dynamically in Redis.• Instant Killswitch: When a Super Admin disables a user or revokes a role permission, active sessions in Redis are purged immediately and tokens blacklisted. Subsequent requests fail at the gateway in < 1ms without touching backend services.
• Individual Staff Logins: Each doctor, nurse, lab technician, and receptionist has their own unique login, staff badge ID (e.g., DOC-CARDIO-01), department extension, and granular database authorizations.
